Battery Chargers

Few weeks ago this unit landed on my work bench. Customer had two of these units, chargers for a battery drill, both dead.

On closer inspection the electronics tested fine. The actual fault turn out to be the transformers had blown it's internal thermal fuse. Normally these would end up in the bin, not this occasion. After some fine surgery and replacement parts. The work man was back in business again.
