STAR heat sealer

Symptoms - Blowing fuses, then died, followed by a secondary fault Error-E1.

This unit has been in operation for over 8 years, never maintained. First fault was down to a NPN transistor failing pictures 2 and 3. Second fault E1, intermittent, was a bit tricky down to a faulty relay sticking and not releasing. Never seen a 30Amp relay before. Customer was happy, saved £3000 for replacement.
